Justine Marks

Research Assistant

Justine Marks is a clinical research assistant at the Penn Social Media and Health Innovation Lab. Justine is currently a senior at Temple University studying to receive a bachelor’s of science degree in kinesiology. After graduation, Justine plans to attend graduate school to become a physician assistant, specializing in orthopedic surgery. 

Justine has been an active volunteer in the Emergency Department at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital since early 2015. During her free time, she plays softball for Temple University’s club softball team where she also holds the position as Safety Officer. 

The Penn Medicine Center for Health Care Innovation engages interdisciplinary teams to reimagine health care delivery for dramatically better value and patient outcomes.

The Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics (LDI) is Penn's center for research, policy analysis, and education in health systems. Its 200 Senior Fellows analyze the medical, economic, and social issues that influence how health care is organized, financed, managed, and delivered across the U.S.
